Personal Style Inventory

In my studies at my MBA at DLSU, we were introduced to a test that will show you your basic personality type, your strengths and weaknesses. And I quote:
"Just as every person has differently shaped feet and toes from every other person, so we all have differently " shaped " personalities. Just as no person's foot shape is " right " or " wrong, " so no person's personality shape is right or wrong. The purpose of this inventory is to give you a picture of the shape of your preferences..."

This test is the Personal Style Inventory (R. Craig Hogan and David W. Champagne), which you can take online by clicking the link. Some companies actually use this test to assess whether your personality type is apt for the job that you are applying for! You can be one of 16 possible personality types, and I was labeled an I-S-T-P: a "Strategizer":
Cool onlookers. Quiet, reserved, observing and analyzing life with detached curiosity and unexpected flashes of original humor. Usually interested in impersonal principles, cause and effect, how and why mechanical things work. Exert themselves no more than they think necessary because any waste of energy would be inefficient. Action-oriented, precise and tireless. Can be impulsive. Challenged by complex equipment. Somewhat solitary.

I'd say that was quite accurate. :) How about you? What's your Personality Style?

Tip: Since you will be asked to rate your preference from 0-5, as much as possible, avoid scoring an item 2-3 points. Go for the extremes whenever applicable. Good luck!

duh... I was an energizer... "responsive and responsible. generally feel real concern for what others think or want, and try to handle things with due regard for other people's feelings. Can present a proposal or lead a group discussion with ease and tact. Sociable, popular, active but put enough time into their work to perform well. Natural leaders. Effective in interpersonal relationships and skills. Tolerant trusted and forgiving" I agree with the description but the title throws me off... energizer? to quote ruth and jason "Ur the queen of sleep" :)
Maybe it meant energizer in the sense that you can ... hmmm... lead a group... err...

Got me. Blame Hogan and Champagne. :)

At least it got your description right, right? >:)
